Coarse Filter
1. The core component of the filter is the filter element, which consists of a filter frame and a stainless steel wire mesh. The stainless steel wire mesh is a consumable part and requires special protection.

2. After the filter has been working for a period of time, impurities will accumulate inside the filter element. This will increase the pressure drop and decrease the flow rate. It is necessary to remove the impurities from the filter element promptly.

3. When cleaning impurities, pay special attention to ensure that the stainless steel wire mesh on the filter element is not deformed or damaged. Otherwise, the purity of the filtered medium will not meet the design requirements, and equipment such as compressors, pumps, and instruments may be damaged.

4. If the stainless steel wire mesh is found to be deformed or damaged, it must be replaced immediately.

Precision Filter

1. The core component of a precision filter is the filter element. Made of special materials, the filter element is a consumable part and requires special protection.

2. After a period of operation, the filter element will trap a certain amount of impurities, causing an increase in pressure drop and a decrease in flow rate. It is necessary to promptly remove the impurities from the filter and clean the filter element.

3. When removing impurities, pay special attention to the precision filter element. It must not be deformed or damaged. Otherwise, the purity of the filtered medium will not meet design requirements when the filter element is reinstalled.

4. Some precision filter elements cannot be reused repeatedly, such as bag filters and polypropylene filters.

5. If the filter element is found to be deformed or damaged, it must be replaced immediately.
