Single-unit filters represent the basic filtration process, offering reliable filtration performance.

Suitable for fuel and lubricating oil pipeline systems with operating temperatures ≤80℃ and operating pressures ≤0.5MPa. Nominal diameters range from 15mm to 400mm, with main types including S-type (straight-through), LA-type (right-hand right-angle), LB-type (left-hand right-angle), SS-type (straight-through according to GB2506), LAS-type (right-hand right-angle according to GB2506), and LBS-type (left-hand right-angle according to GB2506).

The body, cover, and filter cartridge are made of Q235-A material, and the filter screen material is 1Cr18Ni9Ti. The ratio of the filter screen area to the nominal diameter cross-sectional area is not less than 5. When used with lubricating oil media, a magnetic block made of AINiCo5 is required.

A tightness test and a strength test are required. The test pressure is 0.75MPa, and the duration is not less than 5 minutes; there should be no leakage. After cleaning and rust removal of the inner cavity, apply rust-preventive oil. Apply one coat each of rust-preventive primer and light gray topcoat to the outer surface. Various filter elements made of different filter materials can be installed.
