Self-Cleaning

This type of filter directly intercepts impurities in water using a filter screen, removing suspended solids and particulate matter, reducing turbidity, purifying water quality, and minimizing the formation of system dirt, algae, and corrosion. It is a precision device that purifies water and protects other system equipment.

Main components include: motor, electrical control box, control piping, main pipe assembly, filter element assembly, 316L stainless steel brush, frame assembly, drive shaft, inlet and outlet flanges, etc.

Overcoming many shortcomings of traditional filters, such as small dirt-holding capacity, susceptibility to clogging, the need for disassembly and cleaning of the filter element, and the inability to monitor filter status, this filter features the ability to filter raw water and automatically clean and discharge the filter element. The system maintains a continuous water supply during cleaning and discharge, and the filter's operating status can be monitored, resulting in a high degree of automation. It covers various filtration precision requirements from 10µm to 3000µm. Adopting advanced technology from the international water treatment industry, this system can be installed vertically, horizontally, or inverted in any direction and position. It is suitable for water filtration in various industries including industrial, agricultural, municipal power, electronics, pharmaceutical, food, printing and dyeing, construction, steel, metallurgy, and papermaking.

Fully Automatic

This is a widely used system in the filtration industry. It overcomes many shortcomings of traditional filtration products, such as small dirt-holding capacity, susceptibility to clogging, the need for disassembly and cleaning of filter components, and the inability to monitor filter status. It features automatic filtration of raw water and automatic cleaning and discharge of filter elements. It consists of a housing, multiple filter elements, a backwashing mechanism, an electrical control box, a reducer, electric valves, and a differential pressure controller. A horizontal partition inside the housing divides its interior into upper and lower chambers. The upper chamber contains multiple filter elements, thus utilizing the filtration space and significantly reducing the filter volume. The lower chamber houses a backwashing suction cup. During operation, turbid liquid enters the lower chamber of the filter through the inlet, then passes through the baffle holes into the inner chamber of the filter element. Impurities larger than the filter element's gaps are trapped, while the purified liquid passes through the gaps to the upper chamber and finally exits from the outlet.

Brush Type

Types of stainless steel brush filters include: fully automatic stainless steel brush filters and hand-cranked stainless steel brush filters. Their main function is to remove suspended solids from water, reducing the concentration of suspended solids and particulate matter, lowering turbidity, purifying water quality, and reducing system fouling, algae, and corrosion.

Stainless steel brush filters utilize a patented internal mechanical structure to achieve true high-pressure backwashing, easily and thoroughly removing impurities trapped in the filter screen. Cleaning is thorough, with no dead corners, and the flow rate remains constant, ensuring filtration efficiency and a long service life.

Stainless steel brush filters achieve automatic backwashing through their own detection and response functions, coping with unstable water quality fluctuations without manual intervention.

During backwashing, each (group of) filter screen in a stainless steel brush filter undergoes backwashing sequentially, ensuring safe and efficient cleaning of the individual screens while other screens remain unaffected and continue filtering.

The stainless steel brush filter employs an automatic drain valve, resulting in short backwashing time, low water consumption, and is environmentally friendly and economical. It has few vulnerable parts, requires no consumables, has low operating and maintenance costs, and is simple to operate and manage.
