This Tank Manway Hatch Cover comes in 304 general-purpose model and 316/316L high-corrosion dedicated model. Seals are made of materials such as PTFE Teflon and EPDM. Structures include swing cover and quick opening types. Sizes are mainly DN400-DN600, with temperature resistance of -20℃~150℃. The equipment has reliable sealing, preventing medium leakage and external contamination. The quick opening type allows single-person rapid opening and closing, adapting to frequent operation. For model selection, choose material based on medium and structure based on operation frequency. During installation, flange surfaces must be flat with bolts tightened diagonally. During maintenance, regularly inspect sealing surfaces and gaskets. For sanitary scenarios, choose dead-angle free mirror polished models. It is strictly prohibited for use in pressurized vessels. We support OEM/ODM and can manufacture based on technical drawings or prototypes. MOQ is not limited, and different models can be mixed.

Export packaging uses pallets and wooden cases. Each Tank Manway Hatch Cover is first individually wrapped for protection, with flange surfaces and sealing surfaces additionally protected to prevent scratches and deformation during transportation, then placed in a wooden case. The entire batch is palletized and secured, with markings such as model, quantity, gross weight, and dimensions labeled outside the cases. We support both EXW and FOB trade terms. EXW means the buyer picks up the packaged products at the factory; FOB means the factory covers transportation to the port and customs clearance costs.

Standard Tank Manway Hatch Covers follow the conventional payment process of 30% advance payment + 70% balance payment; custom products use 50% advance payment + 50% balance payment. Bulk orders are eligible for discounts, determined on a per-order basis. We accept payment in US dollars and RMB. The lead time for repeat orders is determined by the product order. The payment process is standardized and transparent, with each payment corresponding to a formal contract and commercial invoice.

We provide a 12-month warranty period, excluding wearing parts. Dedicated personnel handle pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales services. Pre-sales personnel assist with model selection; production progress can be checked at any time during sales; after-sales has dedicated personnel to follow up on feedback and issue handling. If goods are damaged upon arrival, non-quality issues are the responsibility of the damaging party; if it is a quality issue, the manufacturer replaces it free of charge and is not responsible for logistics costs.
