Installed on the top or side wall of tanks for personnel access for cleaning and maintenance, the Stainless Steel Manway Cover comes in different structures to suit various operation frequencies. Sanitary-grade models meet GMP and 3A requirements, and can be fitted with safety components such as interlocks and fall arrest nets, delivering both high adaptability and safety. Our factory has a monthly production capacity of RMB 1–2 million. The delivery lead time of standard models depends on order quantity, and on-time delivery is guaranteed via formal contracts. This Stainless Steel Manway Cover is available in four structures: quick-opening type, swing-cover type, lifting-cover type and atmospheric flat-cover type. The quick-opening type allows single-person fast opening and closing, while the lifting-cover type fits large-diameter heavy covers. The main body is made of 304/316L stainless steel, with sealing materials including PTFE and EPDM. Common specifications are DN400–DN600 (round) and 450×350 mm (elliptical), with a temperature resistance range of -20℃ to 150℃.

The product features reliable sealing and long service life; sanitary-grade models adopt mirror polishing with no dead corners for easy cleaning. For model selection, choose the material based on the medium and the structure based on operation frequency. Pressure vessels must be equipped with safety interlocks. The flange surface must be flat during installation, and bolts shall be tightened diagonally. For maintenance, inspect the sealing surface regularly. It is strictly prohibited to use atmospheric-pressure models on pressure vessels, and full pressure relief is required before opening. We support OEM/ODM production based on technical drawings or prototypes. There is no MOQ limit, and different models can be mixed in one order.

If goods are damaged upon arrival, non-quality damage shall be borne by the responsible party; for quality defects, the manufacturer provides free replacement but does not cover logistics costs.
