Magnetic Liquid Filter

After more than a decade working in the fluid filtration industry, we have seen countless customers suffer from invisible iron fines in their liquids-premature pump and valve wear, frequent nozzle clogging, and surface defects on finished products, often with the root cause remaining elusive. The real culprit is the micron-sized ferromagnetic particles suspended in the fluid, which ordinary filter screens simply cannot handle. We developed this Magnetic Liquid Filter precisely to eliminate this "invisible killer" at the source. It incorporates a high-strength neodymium-iron-boron magnetic rod assembly, with a measured surface magnetic flux density consistently above 12,000 Gauss, achieving a single-pass capture rate of over 92% for ferromagnetic particles ≥5μm. Beyond that, we designed a unique S-shaped flow channel that forces the liquid to wind through the Magnetic Liquid Filter, so each particle is attracted to the magnetic rods at least four times-far more efficient than ordinary single-stage magnetic separators. To verify the data, we ran a continuous week-long test in our own workshop: grinding fluid with an iron content of 150ppm passed through the Magnetic Liquid Filter came out with iron content stably below 9ppm, and after 120 hours of continuous operation, the magnetic force decay was less than 1%. This result gives us great confidence, because every unit is spot-checked under simulated working conditions before leaving our factory.

But performance alone is not enough; we care even more about the actual experience of maintenance personnel. Many filters require removing seven or eight bolts and a special wrench just to clean, which is time-consuming and laborious. Our Magnetic Liquid Filter uses a quick-opening clamp structure that requires no tools-you can loosen the clamp with one hand, pull out the entire magnetic rod assembly together with the support frame, rinse it clean, and put it back in less than 30 seconds. A machine shop at a local valve factory in Wenzhou used to use bag filters and had to stop production for 20 minutes each week to change bags. After switching to our Magnetic Liquid Filter, they now pull out and rinse the rods morning and evening, each time taking just a minute or two, and the best part is they don't have to stop the machine because the bypass valve allows online operation. Their workshop manager calculated that the annual savings in downtime alone were enough to produce over a thousand additional valve bodies. These real-world responses are what make us confident in the structural design of the Magnetic Liquid Filter-not because we are exceptionally clever, but because we work with factories every day and know what "user-friendly" truly means.
