This product is designed with one unit in service while the other remains on standby, allowing switching without interrupting the flow. Switching Without Interrupting Flow
The duplex basket filter consists of two independent filter housings connected through a three-way or four-way valve system with shared piping. Internally, it can be equipped with a screen, basket, or cartridge depending on the application. Under normal operation, one side is in service while the other remains idle.
When cleaning or replacing the filter element is required, the flow is redirected to the standby unit by simply operating the valve. The system continues running without interruption. Our factory carefully tests the sealing performance and operation smoothness of the valve system to ensure reliable switching and leak-free performance.
Three Configurations for Key Applications
The duplex basket filter is available in three main configurations. The basket type is suitable for coarse filtration and high-flow conditions. The cartridge type is designed for fine filtration and sterile requirements. The sanitary type is developed for food and pharmaceutical applications with strict hygiene standards.
