The Multi-Cartridge Industrial Filter uses pleated microporous membrane cartridges as the core. Multiple cartridges are evenly distributed through upper and lower filter plates. Fluid enters the housing driven by pressure, and particles, bacteria, and colloids are intercepted by the cartridge microporous membrane. Clean fluid is collected and discharged. 0.22μm precision can achieve absolute sterilization. The total flow is the sum of single cartridge flows, and a 20% margin can also be reserved to adapt to peak flow. The housing of this Multi-Cartridge Industrial Filter is available in vertical and horizontal types, with material mainly 304/316L stainless steel. Sanitary grade models have mirror and electropolishing, paired with quick opening connections. The number of cartridges is optional from 3 to hundreds, with precision of 0.1-100μm. Accessories include pressure gauges, steam sterilization ports, etc. The conventional working pressure is ≤0.3MPa, and high-flow clean water conditions can reach hundreds of cubic meters per hour. It complies with hygienic standards such as GMP and FDA, and is widely used in pharmaceutical liquid sterilization, food and beverage clarification, ultrapure water fine filtration, seawater desalination and other fields. For maintenance, monitor differential pressure to replace cartridges. Sanitary grade models can be steam and chemically sterilized. Vent and release pressure before operation to ensure stable equipment operation. We support OEM/ODM and can manufacture based on technical drawings or prototypes. The custom sample development cycle is 10 working days, MOQ is not limited.

Export packaging uses pallets and wooden cases. Each Multi-Cartridge Industrial Filter is first individually wrapped for protection, with flange surfaces additionally protected to prevent scratches and deformation during transportation, then placed in a wooden case. The entire batch is palletized and secured, with markings such as model, quantity, gross weight, and dimensions labeled outside the cases. We support both EXW and FOB trade terms. EXW means the buyer picks up the packaged products at the factory; FOB means the factory covers transportation to the port and customs clearance costs.

We provide a 12-month warranty period, excluding wearing parts such as cartridges and seals. Dedicated personnel handle pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales services. Pre-sales personnel assist with model selection, helping match flow rate and cartridge quantity; production progress can be checked at any time during sales, with photo and video updates provided; after-sales has dedicated personnel to follow up on installation guidance and usage feedback. If goods are damaged upon arrival, non-quality issues are the responsibility of the damaging party; if it is a quality issue, the manufacturer replaces it free of charge and is not responsible for logistics costs.
