Membrane materials include PP, PES, PTFE, etc., respectively adapting to different media such as general acid-base, pharmaceutical and biological, and highly corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant. The equipment has structural forms such as single cartridge, multi-cartridge, high flow, and sanitary grade, adapting to scenarios such as small-flow laboratories, high-flow production lines, industrial water pre-treatment, and food and pharmaceutical sanitary grade. It has high filtration efficiency, small footprint, convenient installation and replacement, and can also meet GMP and FDA hygienic requirements. It is widely used in pharmaceutical liquid sterilization, food and beverage clarification and sterilization, electronic ultrapure water fine filtration, chemical solvent filtration, sterile gas purification and other fields. We support OEM/ODM and can manufacture based on technical drawings or prototypes. MOQ is not limited, and different models can be mixed.

Products are manufactured according to HG/T chemical industry standards; sanitary grade models meet GMP, FDA and other hygienic standard requirements. 304/316L material certificates can be provided for raw materials, and membrane material certificates and precision test reports can be provided for cartridges. We accept third-party inspection, with costs borne by the requesting party, and can cooperate with customers to complete supplier audit processes.

Each Microporous Membrane Filter Housing undergoes 100% full inspection before packaging, with a quality inspection process before shipment, including housing sealing testing, cartridge assembly verification, and surface roughness testing (sanitary grade). We accept third-party inspection, with costs borne by the requesting party. Quality inspection reports and material certificates can be attached before shipment. If goods are damaged upon arrival, non-quality issues are the responsibility of the damaging party; if it is a quality issue, the manufacturer replaces it free of charge and is not responsible for logistics costs. We provide a 12-month warranty period, excluding wearing parts such as cartridges and seals.
