Multiple permanent magnetic rods wrapped in stainless steel shells form a strong magnetic field area. When fluid flows through, magnetic particles such as iron chips, rust, and nickel-cobalt are firmly adsorbed on the surface of the magnetic rods, while non-magnetic media pass through smoothly. After impurities accumulate, simply stop the machine and clean the magnetic rods for reuse, without requiring additional power consumption to maintain the magnetic field, making it energy-saving and environmentally friendly. Our factory has a monthly production capacity of 1-2 million RMB. Standard product lead times are determined by quantity, on-time delivery is ensured through contracts, and photo and video progress updates can be provided during production.

The supporting structure of this Permanent Magnetic Rod Filter includes a sealed housing, flanges, interfaces, and fixed brackets. Quick opening covers and drain outlets can also be optionally selected as needed for easier disassembly and cleaning. The equipment has high filtration efficiency and can capture micron-scale magnetic particles, with a magnetic field strength of 8000-12000 Gauss. Temperature resistance, pressure, and medium corrosion resistance can be flexibly adjusted based on housing and magnetic material selection. It only has no filtration effect on non-magnetic impurities and requires regular maintenance. It is widely used in machining, food and pharmaceuticals, chemical coatings, water treatment and other fields. For daily maintenance, cleaning cycles should be determined based on working conditions, cleaned with non-magnetic tools, and magnetic field strength should be regularly tested. Striking the magnetic rods is strictly prohibited. We support OEM/ODM and can manufacture based on technical drawings or prototypes. The custom sample development cycle is 10 working days, MOQ is not limited.

Each Permanent Magnetic Rod Filter undergoes 100% full inspection before packaging, with a quality inspection process before shipment, including magnetic field strength testing, magnetic rod appearance inspection, and housing sealing testing. We accept third-party inspection, with costs borne by the requesting party. Quality inspection reports and material certificates can be attached before shipment. If goods are damaged upon arrival, non-quality issues are the responsibility of the damaging party; if it is a quality issue, the manufacturer replaces it free of charge and is not responsible for logistics costs. We provide a 12-month warranty period, excluding wearing parts.

Our factory complies with local environmental regulations and holds complete production qualifications and environmental assessment procedures. Products are manufactured according to HG/T chemical industry standards. 304/316L material certificates can be provided for raw materials, and NdFeB permanent magnet material certificates can be provided for magnetic cores. We accept third-party inspection, with costs borne by the requesting party, and can cooperate with customers to complete supplier audit processes.
