Fully Customizable Structure and Configuration
The steel manway can be manufactured using various materials, including Q235 or Q345 carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, and 2205 duplex steel. Carbon steel is suitable for general applications, 304 stainless steel for standard corrosion resistance, 316L stainless steel for highly corrosive environments, and 2205 duplex steel for seawater and high-chloride conditions.
Available shapes include round, oval, square, and rectangular designs. Both atmospheric and pressure-rated versions can be produced, along with quick-opening structures. Additional functional options include sight glasses, sampling ports, and reinforcement ribs.
The structure is formed from steel plate for enhanced strength and durability. Sealing performance is carefully controlled to ensure leak-free operation. Surface finishing options include polishing, painting, and anti-corrosion coating.
