Manhole Stainless

The manhole stainless from Wenzhou Shunzhan is a sealed access cover designed specifically for pressure vessels. Our factory was established in 2013 and specializes in stainless steel fluid equipment manufacturing. Unlike atmospheric manholes, this product is designed to withstand internal tank pressure with a reinforced structure and higher sealing performance. It is an essential component for reactors and pressure tanks.

The manhole stainless is suitable for pressurized equipment such as fermentation tanks in the food industry, chemical pressure vessels, and pharmaceutical processing tanks. It is manufactured in accordance with pressure vessel standards, and each product is clearly marked with its rated pressure.

For safety, pressure must be fully released before opening. This ensures safe operation and protects workers during maintenance. Our factory carefully inspects flange thickness and sealing surfaces to ensure each manhole stainless meets its specified pressure rating.

The manhole stainless typically operates at working pressures of 0.1 to 0.6 MPa, with customized versions available for 1.0 to 1.6 MPa. The body is made of 304 stainless steel, while 316L stainless steel is recommended for highly corrosive or sanitary environments.

Gasket materials include silicone rubber, EPDM, and PTFE. The flange is reinforced and thickened, and the sealing surface is precisely machined for reliable performance. Depending on requirements, multiple-bolt fastening or quick-lock structures can be used. Safety lock devices can also be added to prevent accidental opening under pressure.

This product is available in round, oval, and sanitary designs. Common sizes include DN400 to DN600 and oval 430×330. The sanitary version features a mirror-polished surface with no dead zones for easy cleaning.

Our technical team helps select the appropriate model based on tank design pressure. Atmospheric manholes must never be used as a replacement for pressure vessel applications. Proper installation and maintenance must follow pressure vessel safety regulations.
